Sooryavanshi is a Bollywood action film released on December 6, 2021. Directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Reliance Entertainment, Rohit Shetty Picturez, Dharma Productions, and Cape Of Good Films, it stars Akshay Kumar as DCP Veer Sooryavanshi with Katrina Kaif and Jackie Shroff. Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh appear in cameo roles, reprising their roles of Singham and Simmba from the franchise’s previous films.

In Simmba, Akshay Kumar’s character was introduced to introduce Sooryavanshi. A COVID-19 pandemic in India postponed the film’s release from 24 March 2020 to 30 April 2021. On 5 November 2021, coinciding with Diwali, it was theatrically released worldwide after several delays. Critics gave it mixed reviews; the film was a box office success.

Sooryavanshi: Storyline

After being orphaned by the 1993 Mumbai bombings, DCP and ATS chief Veer “Surya” Sooryavanshi(Akshay Kumar) learns that the mastermind behind the attacks, Bilal Ahmed, sought refuge with dreaded terrorist Omar Hafeez. Surya’s son Riyaz has formed a sleeper cell network consisting of 40 terrorists who pose as Indians and whose aim is to conduct more bombings after the 26/11 attacks. Away in Jaisalmer, Surya and his team capture Riyaz, who was hiding under a different identity there. Surya’s senior Kabir Shroff reveals that about a whole ton of RDX was brought to India, of which 400 kilograms were used during the 1993 bombings, and the remnant 600 kilograms are still buried somewhere in India.

Surya plans to catch the remaining members of the sleeper cell, while on the other hand, he tries to reconcile with his estranged wife, Ria Gupta. Nine years ago. A bullet in the flashback wounded Surya, and Ria cured him. They fell in love, married, and became parents to a son, Aryan.

The movie then continues in flashback and comes to the present, and the film’s story continues. To enjoy the story and the movie, you should watch the whole movie.
